Did you know that Easy Installations services Sooke? We are proud to offer complementary consultations to our clients from Victoria to Sooke and even up to Nanaimo!
Today we took a trip out to Sooke to meet with new clients. One had a 1930s farmhouse, the other had a gorgeous view overlooking the water. These are two common types of homes in Sooke and there are some great options to update your space while staying true to the original features of your home. For a farmhouse or cottage feel, you can’t go wrong with an apron front sink. These sinks are an excellent feature to add to your home and look amazing with wood, laminate, or stone countertops.
Open shelving and glass doors are often featured in these types of spaces as well, lending to a rustic and eclectic look. Glass jars are another fun way to put your things on display and keep them organized.
In Sooke you’re never far away from the ocean, which is why you can’t go wrong with little accents that reference the natural elements around you. We’re seeing more and more people incorporating a pebble look tile, which adds a fun element of texture to your backsplash tile, or in your bathroom:
Another thing we love from Ikea are the ‘TORHAMN’ Doors, which are made out of ash and feature a visible wood grain. These doors are definitely made for clients who love to bring natural elements into their space and the cross hatched glass doors really lend to the rustic look.
Amy, one of our Kitchen Designers, and Tom from T-Square Construction had a lovely time today in Sooke.
We hope to be back soon!
